Does this sound like candida die off?

So I made a post earlier this week, after getting gradually worse coming off antibiotics over a week my doctor decided to put me back on. But kept the other changes the same (kava juice probiotic), upped flucanozol from 100mg to 200mg per day, and added liposodal gluthothine. The past two days since going back on the antibiotics my badtonella herxs subsided but now I'm feeling nausous, a little dizzy and overall lethargic as well as sinus issues. I remember in the past having these symptoms when I first started on flucanozol but they passed after a little while. Would using my infared sauna be a good or bad idea for detoxing from these toxins? I know yeast reacts quickly to heat and I just want to ease myself into balancing out back to the way I was feeling last week (not bad and fully functional with just minor symptoms). I have also started alkoseltzer gold for detox, I use my sauna 4-5 days per week but haven't gotten to because I was traveling for work so just Epsom salt baths in the hotel.

I like molybendum for yeast detox. That helped my nausea from yeast die off. Binders (at least 2 hours before or after meds / food) are good. I'm not sure about the infrared sauna. I'm sure detox in general is good for yeast die off. Just listen to your body.

ABX and die-off are tough on the liver, but your also taking a form of Kava (I never heard of Kava probiotic) which is known to be hard on the liver by itself. I hope your getting liver enzyme testing per LLMD. If not, you should be.
