As mentioned by others above, K and I both use low dose bioidentical progesterone cream (2 pea-size applications in the am and again in the pm):
www.progesteronetherapy.com/natural-progesterone-cream.html#sthash.j3zLDoLH.dpbsI don't sell this cream, but it's good. No parabens etc. It would seriously be worth investing in a tube to see if she reacts to it. It has been a lifesaver for both of us. This low dose doesn't need to be discontinued during the period but makes a huge difference in symptoms of estrogen dominance that often occur beforehand, as well as symptoms of adrenal fatigue.
600 mg per day of magnesium citrate powder mixed in water. 150 mg 9am, 150 mg 3pm, 300 mg 9pm.
Organic lemon juice in water daily.
Methylated B vitamins which are needed because the MTHFR deletions decrease methylation occurring in the body. We use 1 capsule of this:
www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson-ultra-activated-b-complex-high-bioavailability-60-veg-capsplus sublingual methyl B12, every other day - Mon, Wed, Fri. The rest we hope to get from diet.
Low dose melatonin drops - 5 before bed in the evening.
DHEA may be actually be causing your problem, as might pregnanalone. These hormones are higher up on the progesterone pathway and may shunt to production of other unwanted hormones. The production of cortisol uses up progesterone which is then not available to antagonize estrogen which is then left to run rampant.
Herbs (the complete Buhner bartonella protocol with CSA and red root added from the babesia protocol) have helped us immensely. After all the diagnoses that K previously had, she is now very neurotypical.
When people say they are dealing with lyme I assume they have not investigated the coinfections. Lyme VERY RARELY travels alone. Please investigate the coinfections prevalent in your area.
You need to be eating an organic diet. Glyphosate acts as both an antibiotic in the gut (killing the beneficial probiotic bacteria that are the foundation of the immune system), and a chelator of minerals (especially magnesium). Bioavailable minerals need to be supplemented.
