My LLMD prescribed x3 daily at 100mg. I was not able to take this dosage for more than 4 days, i had to lower it to 200mg per day. Yes .... the head pressure.... It creates intracranial hypertension. I am not sure this is a brain herx symptom, for me it was antibiotic side effect.
