Is there a specific certification that a doctor treating Lyme should have? Does anyone have recommendations for Oregon or Washington. I need to find the best one that I can.

A LLMD should be ILADS trained and a member.
I believe if you contact ILADS they will tell you if a Dr. is a member.
Here is the website:

One in the Portland area is retiring, but I will send you the name of one on the WA side if you will enable your email address in your profile. It will likely take a while to get into him, but they usually can put you on a waiting list.

I'd still like to help you get a doctor. Let me know if you still need a referral.
