Severe Chest/Lung Pain

For the past few days (maybe three or four days?) I have had severe lung pain that gets a lot worse when I take a deep breath. At first I thought maybe it was my asthma, but I wasn't really wheezing and my inhaler didn't work. It hurts constantly, 24/7, and I get sharp pains when I take a deep breath. I am not sure if it is Lyme/Bartonella/Babesia related or if I should get it checked. I have cried so much from the pain it is causing me and I am so uncomfortable. I doesn't necessarily feel like air hunger, I can breath and I don't feel like I need more air, it just hurts, really bad. I have also noticed that I am so cold all the time (could be Babesia), have night sweats (also could be Babesia),and am really congested (this is my worst allergy season of the year). I am also extremely constipated which I often get too. I am a mess and don't know what to do anymore. My lungs hurt SO badly!!!

You mentioned you use an inhaler for your asthma.

Are there steroids in your inhaler? I think that I have read steroids can make Lyme symptoms worse.

I am not saying to not use your inhaler, but did you discuss this medication with the doctor that is treating your Lyme?

Maybe drinking more water, trying different probiotics, or taking magnesium might help with constipation.

I also get very cold. I have hypothyroid issues, overgrowth of Candida, and of course Lyme. Any and all of these can cause your body temperature to be low.

Girlie: My next LLMD appointment is in January (I can't remember when exactly).

Little Bear: I have an albuteral inhaler, but I only used it once and I rarely use it any other time, maybe a couple times a year, so I do not think that is the problem.

PeteZa: I don't really want to go to a clinic unless I have to. If I am still having the pain in a few days I will call my doctor and see if they can do something for me, but they usually don't do anything. I am not on antibiotics right now, I can't tolerate them so I am trying an herbal protocol. Right now I am on Teasel Root Extract and A-Bart. And for my allergies, I am allergic to dust mites (along with many other things) and they don't really have a season ha ha. I need to clean my room again, but I usually put it off as long as I can ha ha.

I will. I don't think I will be able to go tomorrow, but I might be able to go another time this week.

I am not currently treating Babesia, but it has been brought up a few times.

My chest is feeling a little better. I think I may have had a virus or something, but I am not sure. I had a coughing fit this morning and it hurt really bad after that, but I am feeling a little better again. I am hoping I will improve a little bit everyday. I am still really not feeling well other than that, but I just got on a new medicine (the A-Bart) and I am not very good at detoxing (but I am trying!) so I think that is why I am not feeling well.
