The high carb stuff can be a problem for some dealing with fungal issues, yes, but, unless you think you fit into that category, you should be fine. Just don't do too much, take care of your gut, keep the candida away.
The main sugar worry is the processed stuff.
Maybe the fruits with a high content as well.
Brown rice, beans, avocados, coconut and olive oil, along with whatever else that's been suggested.
I really hope those are options for ya, 'cause, yeah, it can be hard finding enough to eat.
