I take 15,000 IU of vit D3 in winter (north state), 10,000 IU in summer. This gets me in the 60-70 range in tests, I was at 35 naturally. So it satisfies the labs, but I FEEL NO DIFFERENT. Ya, weird.
I am outside a lot in the summer, but still need to supplement. Causation with some native, so kind of naturally tan, and dont burn much. 10,000 IU is a lot in the summer from what you guys use.
