You probably feel better because Chlorella doesn't detox just heavy metals--it detoxes ALL toxic elements known to men, including mold, the die off from the herbs you are taking, etc. Chlorella is a superfood, it has peptides, manganese, etc. It acts as a binder. I wouldn't worry taking more chlorella, I would be more worried and scared of taking so much Cilantro to start with. I would definitely get that Cilantro dose down, I think is way too much to start with, like rowingmom said. If you want to take is slow, take it slow with the cilantro, not chlorella.
Remember, if the chlorella you take is not enough to clean up the amount of mercury released by cilantro, the mercury will be reabsorbed in your system and will go in far worse places than it was before. This process is called re-toxification. That diarrea you are getting, my guess, is that is saving you from re-toxification, by dumping it out in the toilet, instead of reabsorbing the toxins back in. I will post the link below. Read it carefully--dr. K stresses that detox has to be done slowly and carefully. You can end up in the hospital if you do to much, too fast, too soon.
We use a few drops (up to 5) and we do not do it every day. My son got sick with 8 drops, so I backed out of it completely for a while, although we continued to use chlorella, which we are happy with. He is around 100 Lb, so not that small. Also, my tincture I made myself from 40% alcohol (I mention this because I don't remember what alcohol strength you used), so it may be less potent than yours and I stress this because it was still too much @8 drops.
Sources of mercury: Everywhere, including what they are spraying in the skies, which ends up in the soil when it rains, along with aluminium and God knows what else. I think barium was on that list, too. Once in the soil, it gets into our food chain. We should all be concerned about
heavy metals. Someone posted a link here (I think last week) about
fructose containing mercury. My guess is that it's in the corn? Maybe? How the heck got there, and if it's in the corn, what else is it in?
Dr. K talks about
nonoparticles of mercury sprayed in the air, which end up, like everything that is up, down. We breath it. Aluminum and mercury nanoparticles that we breath, are far worse for our health than the same from food, according to dr. K. My son's tests for mercury is in the lab, but to be honest, I don't trust labs when the results are negative for heavy metals--we are all exposed to it. In some studies I've read, scientists tested the water, and found a whole bunch of heavy metals in our rivers. Perhaps it gets in the rivers from the rain? We are supplied water from a river, so if it is in that river, it will be in our water supply, too.
May I ask what test you had done? Here is the link:

Also, 200mg is very little. We pop these pills like they were candy! You should probably take at least 4-5 times more that that.
I hope this helps!
