I do one Mino every other day. I know of two other patients with this same Doctor who are also having luck on this protocol, although at some point, he said he needs to add Tindamax. I'm just so sensitive and herx so easily, I can't do high doses. I take it at night before bed so I don't haven't to deal with the herx.

yes- I had debilitating lyme anxiety/panic and other similar brain issues--- and I dont' have that anymore! For me I did the Jernigan protocol at the hansa center. They say, at the hansa center, that a lot of the neuro lyme stuff is because lyme causes ammonia in the brain, The combo of the borrelogen formula ( Jernigan) to address the bacteria and the anti tox formula to address theammonia is what helped me. My body is still not 100% perfect like it was pre lyme, but I am significantly better and thank goodness the neuro stuff is not happening any more. I just still get tired out easily. But I am so mcuuh more functional. I am not sue how much of my fatigue and other remaining issues are form the lyme or from the 9 months of antibitoics I took before hansa, which really messed up my liver. But yes- it can be addressed.
