Chlorella Dosage and when to take??

Just started taking chlorella please advise when should one take ?I heard its one of the best binders plus other benefits too dropped the idea of activated charcoal.

When I was following the full Cowden protocol, I was taking Sealantro (a chlorella/cinantro tincture) and the instructions were to take it at bedtime.

Chlorella

Chlorella has the powerful detoxifying ability to bind to toxins and prevent them from being reabsorbed in the digestive tract. It's commonly used in conjunction with cilantro for removing heavy metals.
Some people can't digest the cell membrane of Chlorella, therefore finding a chlorella product with a "broken cell wall" would be best.
Chlorella works best when taken on an empty stomach.

Since it's a binder - I would think it should be taken the same as other binders? a few hours before or after meds/supplements/food...

I take the body bio chlorella and it is in tablet form. The doc that formulated it said to take with all other supplements is completely fine. Said it more of a super food and antioxidant and binder for heavy metals and such.

I just started powderd chlorella myself. Yes, like charcoal it is a binder but so much more! It supposedly will not bind to nutrients/minerals like charcoal, but probably best to separate it from meds and supps just in case. It helps cleanse liver/kidneys/lymphs, and is packed with very usable forms of vitamins and minerals too. It helps with leaky gut/irritable bowel issues as well. Charcoal is very constipating too, so agree chlorella is the way to go for me. I started with one of the included tiny scoops (Swanson organic powdered Chlorella) as it is quite powerful in the middle of the day between my meds. One could take it in the middle of the night too, but I like how it makes me feel afterwards so I prefer middle of the day myself. No, Chlorella ties my other favorite supplement, topical magnesium oil!

Actually, I don't like the taste of Chlorella powder, now I will try the tablets. Did you noticed any side effects like headaches, sleeplessness, shivering or akne? I've read that these side effects are very common, when you start taking chlorella regularly.

Pakes,

I take Green Foods (brand name) broken cell wall organic chlorella powder. I put one teaspoon in my morning smoothie and never feel side effects. And I feel every single thing. It's great.
