I'm so bad at writing down my symptoms but as I look back over the years, I'm starting to realize that I tend to get all "weird" around the March timeframe - anxious, fatigued, brain fog, confused. Anyone else?
I only have 5 more days of the Cowden Protocol left and all of a sudden after doing great the past 9 months, these symptoms pop up. Granted, I have been slacking with my water intake and my diet...and I've been trying to increase my methylation. Dang it, I always do too much too soon and can never weed out what the heck the issue is! I've cut back on the supplements for methylation but if that is the problem, I'm not sure how long to expect symptoms to persist.
Would like to know if others experience an increase of symptoms in Spring?
