The stuff you're taking is helpful for detoxing but, you really need to be doing many more things on a daily basis.

It's only within the last few months (over one year into treatment) that I've been able to reduce the number of things I do each day for detoxing because I'm no longer herxing.
I detoxed before I got Lyme and will continue to do so afterwards. We live in a toxic environment - the average American is exposed to over 300 chemicals per day (think pesticides, plastics, vinyl, personal care products, cleaning products, artificial ingredients, car exhaust, industrial pollution, etc., etc., etc.)
