1. Licorice Chews
2. Decaf Green tea
3. Bone broth (seems counter-intuitive, but it settles my stomach and makes me feel good)
4. Deep breathing exercises. Sometimes my muscles are so taught that relaxing them helps me feel better. I lay on my back with my hands on my tummy and gently breathe in and out. Put your feet on the floor so your knees are bent in the air.
Do any of you have other ways of coping with nausea and stomach pain that work?
