Please if you haven't, get your thyroid checked. Lyme and its co-infections are notorious for affecting the thyroid. Luckily for me I was already dealing with thyroid for years, but now I have to monitor it more. Most doctors will not test it or recommend it because they don't see the relationship. Some symptoms you have such as fatigue, nausea, muscle aches, depression, anxiety (and the list goes on and on), can all be exacerbated by a sluggish or overactive thyroid. Sometimes the treatment is working but the thyroid (and don't forget the adrenals) may be another piece of the puzzle.
