Hi Akreative!
Welcome to our community! I"m so glad you found us!
If you haven't yet, it would be helpful for you to start with reading through the thread at the top of the forum titled,"New to Lyme?...Start here!!", as it is packed full of important information, symptom lists, helpful links and pdf's, how to detox when one has these infections, information on probiotics and much more. And this is another good list of possible detoxing routines:
www.tiredoflyme.com/detox-methods.html Detoxing for us is an incredibly important part of our healing.
First I'd like to echo Celeste's warning about
making sure you take any and all binders at least 2 hours away from anything you wish your body to absorb. Binders absorb
everything they come into contact with, not just toxins.
I too like dry skin brushing, as it actually encourages two forms of detoxing - both through the skin and by moving the lymph more.
I also like the apple cider vinegar as it acts as a digestive aid as well as helps to detox pretty much everything in the body from what I can tell.
You are being smart in not overdoing the detoxing. I suggest that you give yourself at least 3 - 5 days in between adding in each detoxing routine - some people need a lot more time to allow their body to adjust to the extra detoxing, so take your time and go slow.
