Ok. My B. Henselae from IgeneX read: Igm <20, IGG 80. The paper says "IGG > or = 40 to < 160 may or may not suggest active infection". Anyone with similar? My old LLMD said it's negative???

New IgeneX: Igm 41++, IGG 31+, 39 IND and 41++

And this is why I stayed away from tests. There is no precise test for this and symptoms are the tell.

I have no idea if I had Bart or Babs because the symptoms overlapped. I did have a Bart scratch on me and I did have a reaction when I took a Babs herb.

I suspect that I had both along with lyme. I just treated lyme, bart and babs because I knew it wouldn't hurt to treat them all.

So if your doc says it is negative then I guess he won't treat you. You can always treat with herbs along with abx. That might work for you.

I'm actually going to be seeing a new LLMD next week. I'll give him the results. But for this LLMD to flat out and say negative makes me mad. It says 80 "may or may not be active infection"...so why not treat!

Agree with PeteZa.

I came back negative on Igenex for Bart and I know for sure I have it given the symptoms that I have and how i reacted when taking Rifampin. In fact I think Bart has caused my worst symptoms. I waited almost a year before treating Bart directly because of lab tests and I believe that is going to make it so much harder to get under control, if at all.

I just came up positive again for Igenex FISH for Bartonella. My anxiety is through the roof. what symptoms do you have? My LLMD put me on a homeopathic Bartonella Desbio. I take every three day increasing then decreasing. Hope it helps

I have soooooo many different symptoms...from neuro to muscular, to arthritic, to digestive, to respiratory. It sucks. So I don't know what disease is causing what.

Yes, but pain migrates. One day calf, next day foot, next day thigh, etc.
