My llfnp suggested a fiber supplement before bed with a tall glass of water. I take it at the same time j take my Zoloft. Is this considered a binder like charcoal and should I take it separate from anything else?
I'm continuing to have extreme fatigue (sleeping 18 hours) since starting ceftin last week. My detox doesn't seem to be touching fatigue (dry skin brushing, glutathione 2 day, alka seltzer gold, vitamins, probiotics, epsom baths, oil pulling, fiber). Should this be helping fatigue and is fatigue a herx?
Also does anyone know what bugs ceftin targets?
