Just remember, this is one step at a time, and it's not a quick fix either. But many have traveled this road before you, and those that are still on this road can be a good support system.

Traveler , is slight incontinence on the list? Of symptoms? I didn't see it but I had read so much maybe I missed it...

I'm already going into depends and I just cleared 39 lol :)

I had to run to the bathroom when symptoms first hit me....or I would be changing my underwear.

Then I adapted...and just starting 'going' more often...before it became urgent.

And let's remember that some of these symptoms are experienced by others that don't have Lyme/co-infections. When I look around at people, I have to remind myself that not just me but everyone and I mean EVERYONE is dealing with something in their lives (health related, family related) that they did not anticipate and if they aren't at this time, at some point they will. There are just so many opportunities for lives to become stressful, but I think we are all becoming stronger as a result of it. Though I didn't have any health issues prior to the last 2 years, I've learned so many different ways to improve my health going forward.

Naturegirl, I do hope you come back very soon, as you should read your last post. I know what you mean, but you basically said you want to end your life because you got a bruise.

I know that it's just one more thing in a long list of things, but we have to be careful with these things as it's so darned easy to get overwhelmed. I think most of us here have been overwhelmed in one way or another at some point in our healing, so we can understand your feelings.

There are a few LLMD's that will take Medicare as full payment, but you will have to call and ask them.

I didn't get an email from you in searching for a LLMD, so did you find one yet? Please hang in there. You need to see a doctor that REALLY understands these infections, not like the doctors you've seen previously.

I'm not sure how long you've been ill, but I've been ill 45 out of the last 46 years of my life and I'm going to fight for my healing. Why? When I've spent the majority of my life living like this? Because I know that this will end, and that I can have a really good life. Everyone with these infections can have that. There simply is no reason to believe that you won't heal - none. And that's not an exaggeration.
