Looking for Lab

I moved from AZ to CT 2 years ago, and unfortunately contracted Lyme/Bartonella. My husband who has lived in CT all of his life is now exhibiting symptoms. He told me that he was bit by a tick 5 years ago. We have an Igenex kit, but need to find a lab that will draw his blood. Anyone living in this area, know of lab or place that we could get his blood drawn. We're willing to even pay a fee if we need to.

A chiropractor or NP can also sign off. It will tell you on the form. I called the local labs and found one that would do it that way. I wish you well!

Promise hubby a treat for being brave and getting the blood draw.

Also, when you go in make sure you tell the phlebotomist that he is nervous. Sometimes the more experienced one will step forward and do the draw. He doesn't need a newbie.

I don't think there was a diagnosis code on my lab req.

I don't remember seeing a section on the form for it.
