It is awful isn't it. There are herbs that can help. In the latest Buhner book he reccomends:
Phosphstidyl-serine 100 mg 3x day
Ginkgo biloba, standardized 150 mg 2x day
Centella asiatica (gotu kola) 500 mg 2x day
Taurine 125 mg 3x day
Kudzu root 500-1000 mg 3x day (I take this)
Cordyceps powder 1 tsp-1 tbsp. 3x day
Vitamin D3
lion's mane 1 tsp powder 3x day
I actually felt some improvement with the core protocol for lyme
Jap Knotweed
Cat's Claw
Eleuthero Root
Ashwaganda (helps sleep)
