Beyond Balance dosage and use and nausea feeling?

Hi,

I've been taking Beyond Balance Tox-Ease GL only 1 drop a day for about 3 weeks and would like to know when to increase the drops. At first I increased the drops after 2 weeks, and I herxed bad, high blood pressure. Also, I have IMN-GI and CyFlacalm, MCBB 1 from Beyond Balance to take. My doctor wanted me to start the IMN-GI, CyFlacalm and Tox-Ease GL first for 2 weeks then start the MCBB-1. I think to begin with I was taking them wrong. My doctor told me to put the drops seperately in 1 ounce of water and take the first three. When I took them I didn't wait 15-20 minutes before taking another, I just did it all at the same time. I believe it was too much at one time. How are you suppose to take the Beyond Balance products? I wasn't told to wait 15-20 minutes in between each product.

Also, what do you do for nausea? I woke up this morning a little dizzy and very nauseous. My blood sugar was 105, and haven't ate anything, and blood pressure was 99/66 which is normal for me. I ate something and feel some better, just feel exhausted and still a little nauseous. I thought maybe I could be alittle dehydrated, which I do get that way some. Since we had a full moon last night could that be affecting me? I just read that in another post.

I did Beyond Balance Cognease Detox for a while, and have been doing MC-BAB-2 for 8 months.

After 8 months, I can't get past 7 drops. It's crazy.

So don't try to rush increases in your dosage. If you're at your maximum, don't feel bad about staying there for a long while.

I've heard that these products should be taken in separate cups, not at the same time. I haven't heard anything about waiting 20 minutes in between. I usually do my BAB-2 in a separate cup from my other tinctures, but I don't wait more than 30 seconds in between.

I do my Tox Ease GL and MCBB-2 one at a time. A little water, Tox Ease drops, a little more water, swirl and chug. Then I do the same with the MCBB-2. I don't wait any time between the two even though I was told to. I have been taking Beyond Balance since Sept. 2015.

The only reason I do them in this order is because I love ending with MCBB-2 because it tastes so good with the cloves.

When you up your dose you only up it 1 drop at a time.

Also hydration is super important. You are killing bugs and toxins are accumulating. You want them out of your body and hydration is super important for that elimination. Accumulation of toxins is why you herx.

I think buffers are advisable when you are starting out for two important reasons:

1) to better understand reactions- if you take more than one thing at a time but have a reaction (allergic, herx or other) it's very difficult if not impossible to understand what you reacted to or why. Granted, some reactions take longer than 30 min but this is still a good rule of thumb.

2) Some formulated tinctures that have multiple herbs are to be taken with buffers away from other herbs to protect their functioning. It's tough to know for sure what does or doesn't affect them. To be safe (and I don't want to waste them) I give everybody a 30 min. Buffer except for singular herbal tinctures, which I combine into a cocktail I describe in my signature.

Buffers are very important for Byron White tinctures although I'm not sure about others. I do take my Beyond Balance IMN-V-II and Tox Ease herbs with a buffer. I've yet to see formal directives otherwise.

Also --
It is not uncommon to have an upset stomach with antimicrobials, antiviral aND's antifungals--both pharmaceuticals and herbals. They are killing things and likely upsetting the microbiology and pH of the stomach. I think they recommend taking abx Rx w/food (to offset acid production, mainly I think). But digestive acids do help kill microbes. People with low acid production (like me) lack a natural defender against gut invaders! Herbs are probably better taken on an empty stomach.

And nausea is also a sign of yeast/fungal overgrowth and y/f die off - so that is something else to consider. Antimicrobial herbs kill off good bacteria too and the alcohol base of the tinctures can cause yeast imbalance for some. And there could be antifungal components in some of the tinctures you're on so die off symptoms would be a good thing.

You might want to end your day and start your day with a little protein + complex carb snack. In the AM, then wait an hour for digestion and start your protocol. I am nauseated most of the time, unfortunately. But I like chewing mint gum (w/ xylitol), drink unsweetened iced mint tea all day, mint is also easy to grow and you can chew on fresh mint leaves all day (it's invasive -plant separately).

What are the buffers you are talking about in your message? Do you buffers like Activated Charcoal?

Sorry--

by "buffers" I mean time buffers before and after your combo antimicrobial tinctures. My LLMD told me 1 hr was ideal but my schedule was so tight she was OK with 30 minute buffers.
