Good herb shops in Australia?

Does anyone know of any good Herbal shops in Australia that carry and ship tinctures?
A lot that I come across are U.S. only and don't seem to ship tinctures - or I'm looking in all the wrong places.

I googled herbs in Australia and got a few herbs shops, but I have no idea if they do tinctures. You might have to call them.

And, if they don't have tinctures you can google and make your own from the herbs themselves.

Thanks PeteZa - yea I googled as well, there are many herb shops but they don't carry the tinctures that I need the same way that US shops do..

I think you're right, I may need to look into making my own, or shipping them from US somehow, though apparently they can't be shipped by plane, so who knows.

I was hoping to find some Aussies on the forum that may have a shop to recommend or supplier that they use.. hopefully someone is out there haha

Surm is an active member and the link Girlie posted also has member's in Australia. If any of them have their emails enabled try emailing them. We are all unfortunately in the same boat so I'm sure they'd be more than happy to share any information that they've already gathered.

Have you tried Amazon.au?

There are a lot of Lyme disease Australia group/pages on Facebook. They could be helpful in finding resources close to home

Can help a little.
I live in Australia and have lyme.
You can get some of the herbs you are looking for from Herb Wholesalers in Qld. but they have them only in powder form or dried. You will have to make up your own tinctures from these.
iHerb in America is always a good deal, the post is cheap and they arrive pretty quickly. They carry the Cowden herbs in tincture form and almost all the main Buhner herbs in capsule form and sometimes in tinctures.
You have probably seen the Buhner Herbs on ebay they cost usually a lot more because you have the additional cost of postage from America.
There are some Chinese Herbs online you can buy a reasonable prices within Australia. Some TCM practitioners will sell you what you need. Not the herbs from South America just the chinese ones.
Its difficult to get some herbs like Cryptolepis and sida acuta but I have seen them being sold from Gumtree - again they are in dried form and you have to make up your own tinctures.
Everyone has the same issue getting herbs here.

I have just found quite a few tinctures at Newtons pharmacy online. They are in Sydney and I have dealt with them before. Not everything is there but quite a bit of what you would be looking for.

ArtAngel, I just had a look at Newtons pharmacy and it looks pretty good, wish I still lived in Sydney!

I also just stumbled on this shop while doing research, http://www.theherbalist.com.au/herbal-tinctures they seem to carry a lot and the owner seems to be very involved in herbs.
I'm gonna order a few today and see how it goes - hopefully its good

I have just looked at the Herbalist - quite a good selection at good prices too.
