I think it promotes inflammation. I forget why. Casein, maybe?
Also, some people's digestion can be affected by Lyme, and most adults don't make enough lactase as it is (though, most healthy people aren't really bothered anyway), so it could cause some uneasiness in that department.
Also, there's the fact that a lot of.. drawing a blank, "regular" milk (milk that's not from nuts, organic, whatever) has a lot of crap from the hormones and antibiotics that they give to the cows. I've heard there's a ton of pus in it as well, because they're all sick or something. I don't know how true that last bit is. I know they do pump them full of hormones and abx to maximize output though.
But.. you know, if you don't have a problem with it.. I guess..
You'd probably keep eating cheese and drinking milk, even if I told you to stop, so..
Some people just gotta experience why something is bad for them, before they get it.
