I've often referred to myself as the Lazy Tubless Lady detoxer ;) At the height of my treatment, I was using up to 20 detoxing methods daily.
With the exception of the time I spent buying supplements and my regular exercise, my actual daily detoxing took no more than 5 additional minutes out of my day.
You might want to take a peek at this thread wherein members shared what they do for detoxing:
www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=3602759Activated charcoal, chlorella and bentonite clay are all binders. They absorb toxins for elimination by the bowels. They need to be spaced at least 3 hours apart from EVERYthing (food, meds, supplements) because they absorb EVERYthing.
Regularly taking a binder can help a LOT with herxing. I used to take mine in the middle of the night when I got up to use the bathroom.
It's very important to establish a balance between the killing and the elimination of the toxins. Otherwise, herxing can get out of control and just add to the misery.
Good luck!
