I know we have a thread about
what is our
worst time of day, but I was wondering: What is your best time of day?
For me, from the moment I get up until early to mid afternoon, I feel my best. Sometimes symptom-free. I try to meditate, exercise, run errands, see docs, work (I'm a writer) in the morning.
Then mid afternoon, the symptoms starts. Mime are usually: burning feet, some pain in my feet (feels like joint or muscle ache), patches of burning or stinging on my arms and torso, some joint pain, abraded palms, light numbness in different places. Sometimes I get headaches (mild now), but sometimes they start in the morning.
As a rule, I don't have brain fog, fatigue, etc.
Just curious. I need to hear positive news and look on the bright side of this awful disease.
