Yazz, Your story is common. So many women don't feel optimal but ignore it. Are we aging, working too much, not sleeping enough? Usually all of the above. It's hard to tell. I was similar. I wasn't feeling off kilter and my internist ran numbers and said "Don't you feel terrible?" I didn't feel as bad as my numbers revealed that I should. Women are used to dealing with stuff.
Glad you are feeling better. I have never heard of progesterone sublinguals. I actually believe progesterone is the more important of the hormones.
Huddie,
At that point in my life, had Hashi and tanked adrenals that had to be balanced out with meds depending on what I was doing. Was used to plugging on through my 'new normal life.' Was very happy to learn there were no more eggs in the basket and patches to get me going again.
My Doctor believes that progesterone is an important hormone too. They are prescribed through a compounding pharmacy. They melt in your mouth (I put them under my tongue) and very tasty too.
