Hi all,
First of all I'm a bit tired from moving my elderly Mom who has dementia with me which was a long distance trip, selling her home, going to closing, and yesterday the moving truck came with a lot of my Mom's furniture, clothes, etc. So it's been hectic!! I will be joining a support group for caregivers soon in my town.
AK, I was hoping this thread would not lead to politics, I guess I should have expressed myself better in my original thread. Again, I was saying that after hearing Hillary's cough it brought back memories of my first symptoms. I wish Hillary the best of health.
Huddie, Dr. Jernigan grows his own plants in Kansas in which many he found traveling around the world (including the Amazon) and testing them for all strains of lyme (that impressed me). Dr. Jernigan had chronic lyme himself and after curing himself he decided to help others. He also trained with Dr. Rau in Switzerland and other highly respected doctors before
opening the Hansa Center.
As far as diet I believe Dr. Jernigan only suggests what to eat and not eat. He is a fan of juicing and basically using common sense for eating healthy. I don't remember any specific diet but it's been a long time since I looked at his book. I continue to eat healthy and I do detox (I take detox baths, dry skin brush, use a sauna, exercise, coffee enema's, gallbladder/liver cleanses, parasite cleanses). I believe by keeping up my detoxing routine it keeps my immune system strong and healthy. One year after I was healed I found a tick attached and nothing happened to me. I live in the woods where I walk on trails so of course I have been bit my many ticks. Ticks don't scare me since I use all the tools I have learned from Dr. Jernigan.
Moving on, there is so much free information on the internet, below are some videos:

Below is Dr. Jernigan's story about
his journey with chronic lyme:

Hope this helps!
