Lymenet Europe WT**!!!

I came across many times Lymenet Europe, pre lyme and with lyme. This forum on lyme is so much different from healing well. It seems they all look down to any alternative methods. I mean to the level that they bunch up people using alternative methods as bunch of illiterate in medical science.

One of their forums (an old post of few years ago) even had a top ten list of myth in lyme disease. Everything according to their forum is a myth...detoxing, biofilms, chronic lyme, neurotoxins....the list is long to the point that they even play a game at one point even mentioning how Healing Well forum taunts new comers into detoxing.

My take is that in Europe and in these particular forums the view on lyme treatment is a bit different.

My question is.....if they feel there is only ONE way to treat....why even have an online forum?

Heck no I am not....I agree Girlie.....it just made me mad to read all that. Treating all of us as illiterate. Dr. Hordwitz does IV glutathione as well. It seem that most people there were very closed minded and loved to bash on those who sought alternative protocols.

I read about halfway through the first link (and noted the writer apparently resides in Connecticut, U.S.A.) And got too angry about the flippant, sarcastic, condescending attitude!

Comparing or insinuating we are nothing but a bunch of alcohol swilling gluttons was just too much for me.
I am sorry to say this, but that writer is an idiot. I also resented the disrespectful irreverence.

You know what? I can't swear to all of the detox methods I've used, but I know for a fact that in just a few short months dry brushing returned enough circulation to my legs that hair began to grow on them again, after being starved out for over a year.

Yeah people on there have very odd attitude problems. Not sure the need to be all nasty all the time.

I used to belong to that site - then I found Healingwell and made it my home back in 2007.

They do present some good information on these infections, so I do still go there occasionally, but will not 'look around'. Closed minded people do me no good, so it doesn't matter what site they are on, they can't be of much help to me.

The "attitude" on this forum has been carefully watched over - all safe treatments are discussed, and we support all those other things - on purpose.

We have quite a few European members, as well as from other countries on here, and I've understood why they have chosen this forum over many others. It's due to the acceptance that we are not made from cookie cutters, we are all unique individuals that have very different genetic make ups that dictate many of our health issues - and try to remain open about new information.

And, I'm going to go into this in more detail today - but we also reach out to others when they first join, and try to be helpful to everyone we can.
