Just for an update, I ended up going to Emergency Room other day for the internal shaking and insomnia. Did labs and I was a little low in potassium and my TSH was 4.33, which is high for me. They gave me some Potassium liquid to drink and as far as my TSH the doctor told me it was still in normal range but looks like I was going Hypothyroid, which my Lyme doctor already suspected that I was going hypothyroid. They suggested I up the dose of melatonin 1mg or prescription, which I chose to up Melatonin, don't like sleeping pills. When I got home, I felt more relaxed and some better. So I think some of it could have been low potassium. That night and for past 2 nights I've slept good and internal shaking has eased. I increased my melatonin to 2mg a night and that seemed to help. I believe I was dehydrated also, they gave me a IV saline. So now, I've got to decide to start back on Beyond Balance drops, Tox Ease GL, or try Nutramedix. I'm not sure if I can tolerate the Alcohol content in the Nutramedix. I started having the symptoms when I started the Nutramedix. The beyond balance doesn't have Alcohol, but so many different herbs. Well, I'll figure it out, just so I'm sleeping better. For a while there, I was not sleeping any at night, and that made my symptoms 100% worse. Everyone knows if you don't get your sleep, that will make Lymes worse. I believe that is the most important part of getting better with Lymes, your sleep. Your body heals itself while you are sleeping.
What is the range for the TSH?
Have you had your FT3 and FT4 tested to see where they're at?
