Hi my twin suddenly has tiny red bumps or nodules on the back of the tongue maybe several less than a dozen. They dont hurt or anything??? Anyone know what they might be??

It may be nothing more than an irritation to those taste buds. I would be sure to mention at the next LLMD'S visit though.

Were you on antibiotics? Could be oral thrush? Usually not a big deal.
