most insurances don't cover herbalists, but it's not as bad as some things.
I did physical therapy for 3 years. Waiting on diag.
Almost everything that's worked for me is now being told to do....
Yoga type stretching helps keep the muscles from tightening on the nerves which cause most of the really bad pain. When my muscles tighten the joints also suffered.
My reg. dr also put me on fluid pills because of my age and it being all menopausal related!! LOL! I didn't have fluid retention and now I do. LOL~
This stuff is all a joke... non of them know.

I exercise enough to sweat, and DETOX by doing it! Drink more water, get healthier, maintain what muscle hasn't been stolen by either the des. or the spasm meds I was on...
I was wasting away and since being off the med after I read that, I've leveled off and even built some back this past summer.

remove any food you have any reaction to. (ie... eat sugar belly feels funny? JUNK it remove it entirely. Pasta? If it bloats you remove it~ some are gluten intolerant, so if you feel drained after eating something remove it~)
Rest!
I was getting tired by 3, started seeing acupuncturist, (fell asleep during session) ~ wasn't sure if it was acupuncture or the sleep that helped.
Started taking noon naps... yep feeling better!
Massage ~ helps keep the muscles from tightening.
All the above also helps with the SLEEP!

I'm sleeping through the night, but have to wake up to Pee.. LOL I know tmi but I'm drinking the water, so I'll be trying to drink more earlier, and sip later. for now the naps make up for the last 2 or 3 hours I'm interrupted by it.
Vit. D was a miracle at first too. Vit. C sends me into herx. if I do the 500 daily so I'm doing every other day and finding other natural food sources...
I want to eat or intake as much natural balance as I can.
Was on strict diet of nothing but meat & veggies and it totally screwed me up.
I'm switching to all natural and trying to get all processed foods I can out.
adding more herbs to my food too.
