So some of you have read my previous posts. Today I lay on the couch. Tired, back pain, headache. Last night was one of my worst nights in s long time. Felt like heart hurt and could not get a good breath. I knew today would be bad. I have been having good days (not myself but manageable). Then today wham. I feel like I'm 200 years old when moving and very dizzy. Also keep getting this bad chest pain that I think is reflux but who knows. This is crap considering I've had days when I feel 90% Is this normal. Also my left nostril is constantly plugged with pressure. I have worked 12-15 hr days for 3 months straight not sure if that is catching up with me but I'm done today

Do not let the chest pains go. You really need to have that checked out, okay?

We do have bad days and good days. I constantly said that my health was bi-polar with lyme.

Sorry you are having a bad day. Just detox, eat right and you definitely need more sleep if you are working that long of hours.

PeteZa, right on with the bi-polar health comment! It feels so good to feel good and the depression is bad when the feeling bad hits... like a double whammy.

Echoing PeteZa - yes, sometimes really cruddy days come, and yes, working such hours, in my view, won't work in your benefit in the healing journey. Hang in there! Keep working your protocol, try and arrange to slow down ALOT, and if things don't improve, switch up your protocol, journal everything. In a few months, you'll be in a different place than today - a healthier place!

Thanks. I hope so. These bad days suck. But I keep telling myself it could be worse. Just lost a 34 year old, old time friend from school. Cancer. She had 4 kids

I am on the roller coaster that is consistent with the moon cycles. New moon now causing head to feel like it crawling inside, tinnitus is really bad in my left ear. Between now and the full moon I will have about 3-5 days of feeling 75% better, then back to the bottom.

Four hour drive today to Llmd to see what's next for me. Just finished four month treatment for Babesia with zero improvement.
