Really bad morning, feel like I can't sit still and want to jerk my legs and arms. Muscle spasms terrible, nerves feel shot. Could this be a herx?

No pain again in my muscles which I haven't had in a month.

Been on Minocycline for five days now and Bactrim for two. First time I've ever taken minocycline. Could be allergy to Bactrim?

I had the 'restless legs' symptoms and it's annoying, but it went away after a few weeks on abx. I remember always feeling like I had to move or shake my legs whenever I laid down to sleep and I could never lay still. There was no pain or discomfort, just an annoying sensation that something was brushing against my legs and that I had to continuously move my legs around. I haven't experienced it in awhile and I remember it in the beginning of treatment (over a year ago)

What you describe is not usually an allergic reaction, although you could be herxing, so how's you detoxing?

Many find Epsom salt & peroxide soaks go a long way to helping those kinds of symptoms, although if you are not using the full body Epsom salt baths yet, I would encourage you to start with foot soaks to make sure you tolerate them well before moving on to the full body detox baths. The full body detox baths can move too many toxins too fast for some (like me) and cause an even larger herx.

Yankee - I agree with Traveler. It doesn't sound like a typical allergic reaction.

No idea but I feel WIREY. Taking Xanax every four hours now to calm down.

Could the Theracumin or NAC or Liposomal Gluthione be causing this?

My first question would be have you had your adrenals tested with a 3 or 4 time collection of saliva? Feeling wired is often a sign of adrenal issues.

Adrenals (Cortisol) were done by Endo who did blood only. She thinks I'm a Hypochondriac as I've been in her office three times now. She will not let me go back likely and my primary wont send me to another Endo.

I noticed after I take the NAC supplement I am JITTERY. Not sure it agrees with me.

Sorry!! Start a new thread about this - see if anyone in NY knows where you can order your own saliva testing for adrenals. Or, you could go visit someone from out of state for a couple of days and have the test waiting for you, so you can collect the saliva and then mail it from out of NY. Just remember, it will need to be someone you can trust to get your results back from though as the results will be mailed back to that address.

Of what type of magnesium? There are 9 different types: www.globalhealingcenter.com/natural-health/types-of-magnesium/

I use mag orotate for my muscles to help keep them from twitching/cramping/and the restless leg thing. You may want to try adding in another dose at the other end of the day so that you are taking one dose am and one dose pm.

If that doesn't work, you may need to have something stronger, but this is a good start.
