My vertigo is getting worse. It's daily, almost 24/7 and only goes away when I'm asleep or a few minutes after I wake up. Most of the time it feels like I'm on a boat, almost once every day I feel like I'm spinning and the ground is rushing to meet my head. One night I got up to use the bathroom and I was so dizzy I thought I was going to pass right out and hit the floor. I was bumping into the walls, even though all lights were on. Nothing I do seems to help. Does anyone else who has experienced this have any way to treat this or what to do to help it? At this point, if I could make the vertigo go away things would be good. I've reduced my stress, I have figured out most of my food sensitivities, now the vertigo is the worst symptom, and I have NO idea how to treat it?!

Somebody please help!!!

PantsFace - do you have a Lyme Literate Dr.? If so, I would discuss this with him and maybe he has some ideas.

I do not. I couldn't afford one :( and I truthfully don't want to use antibiotics considering I have likely had Lyme for over 20 years. I'm not able to find a true Lyme Literate naturopath to help either. I am using Buhrner's herbs and the Rawls protocol. I was hoping someone might have some experience with treating the vertigo. It's awful, and the ear pressure too. I wish I could find a doctor to help, but no one around seems to know how to treat, and visits alone are $300-$500 just for the visit! Not including treatments :( Lyme sucks

Room spinning was ine of my first ..bvt has helped ...ellie said she now can ride a bike ..and was were you were, garlic oil in the ears ,ozone in ears , alinia ,bart treatment seemed to help also may be proto

I have had several bouts of vertigo, each one a little less distressing than the one before, for which I am thankful. I used a couple of videos from chiropractors that helped me each time. Here are the links to those:

Bluelyme, what is bvt? Is garlic oil something I buy, like a tincture? What about ozone? I wish I had a ton of money and could just go to Switzerland and be done with all this!

Mom2nine (man do you really have 9 kids?!?!?!?!), I will check those videos out. Last time I had vertigo I went to the hospital and my doctor gave me some papers to practice and I've been using those.

PantsFace - listening and caring, no answers but listening and caring. My vertigo cleared with treatment, although I still get ear pressure/pain. What is your herbal protocol? Have you considered working with a Buhner herbalist? I found the rates much more doable than a lyme literate Dr. $200 for the first session and you get a month of email support. Sessions after that are $150. My appointment isn't until February.

I was taking an epsom sat bath every other night, but found it wasn't helping and it was stressing me out trying to fit it into the day (only so much time in a day). I have had the vertigo before I started ANY herbs though)
