Anyone ever go to
open there mouth to take a bite of something, or talk, and find one side of your jaw is locked up?
Over the summer I would awaken like this. Now it's Nov., just checked my cup of soup to see if it is gone, scraped out a last bite, and...mouth wouldn't
open.
Man I hate that. Always afraid to force it and have something crack or break.
Would this be one of those things that Collagen support would help fix?

My jaw doesn't lock but it does feel sore almost like my teeth are being misaligned. It also clicks on the rt side

Both of my jaws click and snap, especially on my left. I suppose that's cartilage destruction. Not sure about
the locking. Or unhinging. Whatever it's doing.
I'd hate to see that action on xray. Freaky!
