I had read that full moons cause cause an increase in symptoms for both Lyme and bart and I know there is a HUGE moon coming tomorrow. I was good all week energy, no headache, etc, until about
Friday thats when it hit me again esp with the headache. Yest was coming and going all day, and this morning woke up and well took me oh an hour to get out of bed... headache, neck ache, no energy, my middle/lower back is in sooooo much pain. I was standing meeting a pet sitting client for about
45 mins, just came home and i want to cry at the back pain.
My team at work is having a party tonight from 6-8 pm and i want to go because I want to laugh and have fun but the energy, I don't have it.... and know i would have fun but also don't want to push myself before work tomorrow.
Thoughts? What are others experiencing?

LOL! We both posted about
this subject nearly at the same time! You are so not alone with this! I have had an increase in symptoms for the last 2 days - so mine started at the same time as your increase in symptoms has.
I would encourage you to think of your health first - but if you really want to go just for a bit, then be sure that you can leave when YOU need to.

It would involve me having to make
cookies.. and I have to work three hours from home (I do on sundays for overtime and that involves me sitting so not much effort) so yes sucks. I also meant to mention that it had been unusually warm here in Central Va for this time of year and i seemed to feel worse on the cold days, last night it was 29 outside does the cold make those feel worse? i had noticed when sitting outside on breaks at work when it was like 60 I came back in after reading and it was hard of rme to type like my fingers did not want to work :(

The heat and the cold can affect me. The heat makes me feel sick, like heat exhaustion, very quickly when it's above 85 degrees, but really cold temps make my joints all hurt really bad like arthritis pains.
If you can get away with buying some nice
cookies, and still want to go for a short time, you may still find it worth while - just watch yourself with the full moon and all. No need to set yourself up to struggle even more with your symptoms by going out when you shouldn't. Sorry, no easy answers on this.

Oh my! I'm so very sorry about
your cat!! Remember, this stress will also likely cause more symptoms/increased severity of symptoms too. Rest lots and do your best.
Again, I'm so sorry about
your kitty.

And just like when i normally have bad days, went to the store to get stuff for dinner with boyfriend, was fine walking around kroger, seemed fine, home now and already starting to feel blah again... what is it with doing "nothing" that makes one feel worse.

I believe it's a combined issue; you went out on a bad day - that alone can make me feel worse when I get back. But, when we do nothing, we actually feel our symptoms more - usually. That's one reason I do my best to keep my mind occupied at least, even on bad days. It doesn't make me forget that I'm not feeling good, but it helps to keep me from feeling the 'full effects'.

Wow! I saw a little progress this week and have been an anxious, crying mess since yesterday. I figured it was so additional stressors and a Herx going on.

My teeth, which haven't hurt for several days, also started hurting today. This is just too strange. I hope we all get enough of the bacteria knocked out that the moon doesn't have this effect on us.
This is a super moon. I wonder if that means even more symptoms.

Yes, for many of us, a super moon means more issues.

Sissy 63, my teeth have been insanely painful last few days....only on the left side, both top and bottom. They have been hurting off and on since August but I nearly went through the roof eating a hard boiled egg today. I don't know what that is all about
, full moon aside. Do You?

Love this post. I feel less crazy. My gums started bothering me last night. I normally have no teeth/gum issues. More pain in bones. My son has been a mess the past few days. I gave him no meds Friday/Saturday and today he is happier in spirit. We both even took a walk for almost two miles. I haven't been out in a week. His cough is still bad. I'm worried it may be walking pneumonia. Will make new post.

Yeah weird left arm pain in my elbow and joints.. basically anything weird i am thinking relates to this..
Oh has anyone had a partner say that they twitch in their sleep, like just enough to make it annoying to them? I don't always do this but apparently on nights I don't sleep well, last night for example, my boyfriend says I do some weird twitching thing, where my legs twitch just randomly (I actually was aware of it wile falling asleep last night and one night when I had woken up). I used to also reach back and scratch the headboard in my sleep... really weird...

Saoz,
Take magnesium at night it will get rid of the twitches. As for scratching the headboard I think you are turning into your cat - LOL

I think it is hysterically awesome we are all having the same response to the moon. Teeth/gums, aches/pains and emotional craziness. I am dumb founded that this moon is not as bad for me as the last 2. I expected to be falling apart but I'm not. But not OK either compared to the last week I had.
