LymeTrez,
I had the extreme fatigue, dizziness, headaches, nausea - a part of the lyme picture for me. It can take awhile to find a lyme literate Dr. Many people on the boards here have benefited from an herbal approach. I'd highly recommend Stephen Buhner's books, which you may be able to get at your public library. I am getting close to being back to my old self 11 months into treatment without a lyme literate Dr. I used what a friend calls "Dr. Google" and the awesome support here. My quick list:
1. nutrition to support the healing journey - create an environment that the bacteria doesn't like
2. detox, detox, detox
3. integrate nutrition/supplements that will help support and build up what the lyme attacks
4. integrate anti-bacterial, anti-viral herbs
5. if things don't improve, consider what else and switch up your protocol
6. consider other possibilities:fungus, heavy metals, etc.
7. vent when needed
8. give support, receive support
9. journal symptoms and what you are taking
10. integrate things slowly
