I don't think another blood test would help me because Babesia has come up in my past, and in my experience once these tick borne things are in the body they come up indefinitely- even if they are in remission. I am still not 100% sure it is babesia but it is the only thing that makes sense, and the only thing that many other people ( online in different forums) have confirmed that they or their family members felt this exact same way and had the same reaction from doctors ( ie nothing is wrong, your breathing is fine). So I am treating it as babesia because that is something I have to try and I really don't know what else to do. If I have to go back to the Hansa center again I will, depending on how long this lasts. I really hope I don't only because of the cost but it is nice to have the back up plan rather than worrying I may have to feel this way forever. I am not sure how long it will be until the remedies take effect, I am 3 days on them.
Today I was half decent ( with breathing) when I was still and home, but when I went to the grocery store just walking the isles my chest got so tight and I got so out of breath that I couldn't walk to the farther isles to get things. then it calmed down when I got home. Today is my husband's birthday and he really wants to go out to dinner so we are about to go out and I am just hoping I do okay with breathing. I just cancelled the trip I was supposed to take to visit family 6 hours away for Thanksgiving week, because it is too hard to breathe. I am looking forward to this being over and glad at least I have some kind of guided plan from my doctor at Hansa to help me along . I know he got me feeling so much better when I was having the major lyme symptoms two years ago, and that lasted a year and a half! And I still feel good other than the breathing- the breathing issue is my only symptom. So I see it as a flare up of something. So I hope this time can work too. I will let you all know. My protocol right now is lymogen with a babs and a bart, antitox, curcumen and coQ10. They also recommend dry brushing, which I do eveyr day, and saunas- which I have one in my home but am torn because of the Chinese dr and so looking into that, and Epsom salt and hydrogen peroxide baths. So it sounds simple but I remember my hansa dr telling me- it is the simple things that work. I will let you all know.
