I can tell that my brain isn't what it used to be (I still struggle in areas, particularly when I'm tired), but as you have said before, and others have commented before - I seem to be doing quite well now. And don't forget, I'm reinfected as of 2 years ago. So I believe I have more healing to do for my brain as well as I treat my reinfections.
Brain games are awesome for helping to recover. The brain is just like a muscle - "use it or loose it" type of thinking. I have used cross words, word searches,
/www.lumosity.com/ (although there are others), jigsaw puzzles and even video games can be helpful if they require critical thinking.

hubby! He's doing quite well, according to the home health physical therapist that was just here! YAY!! Now we are waiting for the home health nurse to arrive, but I'm sure she will be pleased as well. His knee looks good and the scary swelling is down too! =)
