Poland Springs water contains floruide

I never realized Poland Spring water contains are LARGE amount of fluoride. Not good. Been drinking this pollution for years!!

The companies should have to put the amount on the label.

Thanks for the head's up. My best recent investment was buying a water filter - pour my tap water into it, got a small size Berkey filter that I LOVE! Water is so important to our recovery and health maintenance.

Thanks for the info! I thought I was doing great by using the Poland springs at work.....and switching to fluoride free toothpaste
