The least expensive route I have found it to consult with a Buhner herbalist. It will be a few months. $200 for the initial consult. You'll have to pay around $600 out of pocket for an LLMD.
There are a few of us here on this boards that figured it out without an LLMD, so it can be done, but you have to do your own research, ask a lot of questions. I think PeteZa was one of them?
The best investment I made was Buhner's books.
I'd recommend starting with Cats Claw and Japanese Knotweed. I'd start with herbs that are already packaged in capsules, and then buy them bulk and make your own tinctures - much cheaper.
I just buy my cats claw at the health food store.
For Japanese Knotweed, I order the source Buhner recommends.
greendragonbotanicals.com/products/medicines/japanese-knotweed.htmlThere is something called Chronic Tonic, that would be around $150 investment in herbs, this looks super easy to do and I'd suggest this as an option as well.
I'll track down the forum link for you.
