I've had problems with my shoulders dropping out of socket for a long time but without full dislocation, and I've had Lyme unknowingly for a long time.
I had no idea they were related. Intense pain in my right shoulder/upper arm,and a bone spur put me into arthroscopic surgery to remove it, re-attach my biceps, lap...basically every muscle and tendon was either shredded or detached. They left the torn rotator alone.
It didn't help the sockets at all, I still can't carry a purse by hand or anything while walking without them popping out.
I'm very disappointed Glucosamine and MSM wont' help. It's been on my radar.
Oh, and the surgery did cause the worst relapse in my Lyme in 30 years, but at least I finally got a pos. RMSF last year and while searching for answers found this place with so much combined experience and medical links, and support.
