Recommendation on Curcumin supplement?

Hi wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for a Curcumin supplement. I see Curcumin and Tumeric ones not sure how to differentiate. My wife takes Curaphen could try that but wondering what else is out there thanks.

I use Meriva 500 SF

I use a liquid TumeroXL.

I use the whole root and grate it into my foods.

I either use the Gaia brand called Tumeric Supreme or the Organic India brand when I buy pills form.

My doc has me take a brand called R-Plus. Very expensive, not sure what the difference is.
