What is the serving size, is it 3 capsules to get 500 mg of JK or does 1 capsule have 500 mg of JK. And how many capsules how many times a day to take?

That would be 12 caps 4x day

That's a lot of caps to swallow.

I just ordered the same thing. yes the calculations are correct. 3 caps 3x a day would be the minimum recommended dose according to buhners protocol. but this also includes 2-3 other herbs in the protocol. so with the 3 caps 3x a day youre getting the minimum dose of 3-5 different herbs which I think is a good place to start. I feel that personally the herbs work better together at minimum doses than a single herb at the maximum dose. so it is a good place to start.
