I think you should stop everything too. And I go along with the foot soak and dry brushing.
Agreeing with you darling, that the sauna may be too much. Keep on with the charcoal, and maybe even some coconut oil pulling. Be sure to spit it out into the trash.
Get as much rest as you can, and yes drink plenty of water, sauna or not.
If you have any control over how the sauna is done, you might try going back at a lower temp- 105-110 for just 10 minutes and ease into it each time...I just read that using our search function and it made sense to me.
