Here's on reference to ACV from Buhner's Healing Lyme 1st edition
The Core Protocol section, Cats' Claw, page 103:
Quote:
" Some practitioners suggest that the tincture should not be taken sublingually as some evidence exists that it needs to be activated by stomach acid. Add the tincture to six ounces of water and one teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to increase the bioavailability of the herb."

There may be more references to ACV in the book, but don't have time to read thru
again and the book's index has no ACV listings.
