I've not heard andrographis being called false water lilies before. Here is a link to some good information about
it though. The proper name is Andrographis paniculata.

I'm not taking it yet, so I haven't purchased any - it may be a while before I'm ready to introduce that herb.
If the tinctures were stored out of light and heat, they are fine to use. They can last up to 3 years if stored in the right conditions.
