are you currently treating Julymorning?
This week, no. I'm dealing with a nervous system that is repeatedly pushed over the edge lately, and even though I'm on herbs, I'd rather break from them and concentrate on de-toxing. I do have something coming that may help my nerves, so looking forward to that.
I will say that late last year I consented to a brain MRI, and it showed one of my sinus cavities in my head was half filled with a giant ball of white. The neurologist pronounced it "yuck".
So very professional of her, heh?
Anyway, I want to attribute this mucus that drains downward when I am prone, to that ball in my sinus. I also visualize that ball filled with all sorts of nasty microorganisms that have been circulating in my body for the past 34 years.
The thing that conflicts my theory is reading that for people that have developed copd/chronic emphysema/bronchitis, the mucus is formed in the lungs.
There have been a couple of mornings when I woke up that the mucus was so thick that when I went to swallow, my throat stuck together.
I was afraid for a minute I would suffocate.
