Well - positive for bart and those lyme bands...it's a no-brainer....no need to worry about a diagnosis.

bartonella can cause all the same symptoms of lyme and since your pos. for bart I would focus on treating that. I have made HUGE gains since switching llmd's to one who knows how to effectively treat co-inf's. For me the combo of clarithromycin, planquenil, doxy and malron has returned my energy levels to 90%, my neuropathy is also getting better.And my weakness is nearly gone! This summer i was on 2100mg of gabapentin for my nerve pain and 6 days ago I took my last 100mg dose.

Chick, I'm so sorry that you had that freak out!! But, I completely understand why. So many doctors get hung up on test results that we end up worrying about them too! Which is completely crazy with these infections.

Hang in there!! Wait to hear from the doctor - and if they don't tell you that you have Lyme, don't waste time there, just move on. You know more than they do at that point.
