So ive been doing pretty good considering I started treatment in January really good the few weeks but then I was working night shift and pulling double shifts and bang I got up at 3am Weds.to snow blow my father and my driveway next day slept 13 hours and felt like I had the flu,couldnt keep my eyes open wasted a day off and no matter how hard I tried I was just drained so been detoxing a lot more and feeling better.Do you think this was a herx?

Yes, it sounds like it since the detoxing helped.

I think when you were working night shift/double shifts and snowplowing - you not only overworked yourself - you most likely didn't have the time (or energy) to detox.

I am doing Epson salt baths that's about it I drink a lot of water also if that counts for anything.Absolutely haven't had the time to do much but I do sweat a lot at work which might get some toxins out.

You take something to support your liver, though?

And...probiotics?

Have you thought about something quick and easy like Nutramedix Pinella and Burbur?

I take probiotics 25 billion twice a day nothing for liver I don't think is nutramedix pinella and burbur for liver?

No, they aren't specifically for the liver.

Burbur is a general detox (which includes lymphatic system,kidneys, liver) ....and Pinella is a nerve/brain cleanse.

Not sure if the Burbur is enough for the liver, though.


For the liver, I take Pekana Apo-Hepat.

You can also take Milk thistle extract. (as long as you don't have a ragweed allergy)

I think you over did your body's allotment. Those hours and that snow removal stuff is hard work and you just overtaxed yourself.

So your body said "lay down and rest."

This happened to me a lot. I was not experiencing more intense symptoms, I was just exhausted and drained.

The first thing you learn is to pace yourself. There is a spoon theory out there and it explains it really well. I had to learn it because I was always feeling good and overdoing it.

You are sweet to help out by doing the snow removal, but you have to remember to take breaks and pace yourself.

You will be better as soon as your body catches back up.

One more question where would one find pinella,burbur,pekana apo-hepat closest thing to me is a walmart and a rite aid and that's 40 minutes away I am in the sticks lol

I ordered my Pinella and Burbur online from Amazon.

I think my LLND sent me the Pekana - apo-hepat.

EDITED (thought I got the apo-hepat from Amazon...but I don't see it there. So, I must have re-ordered it from my LLND)

Girlie can I take pinella and burbur with any medicine or is there a warning to not take with certain medicine

I don't take it at the exact same time as my antibiotics....but I will take it a couple hours after abx.
